Business Plan (Report) (40%)
The business plan must cover five broad areas:
i. Executive summary (1 page) ● Overall business idea
ii. Business analysis
● SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats)
iii. Marketing plan
● Marketing strategy (4Ps – Product, Price, Promotion, Place)
iv. Operation plan
● Management team / Manpower plan / Process plan
v. Financial plan
● Financial strategy
● Financial projection
The business plan report must not exceed 15 pages (font size 12, Times New Roman, 1.5
spacing). Marks will be deducted for exceeding the page limit.
Business Plan (Presentation) (10%)
ii. Each presenter will be given 10 minutes to present the business plan.
iii. There is no specific format for the presentation. The presenter should decide on the most creative and impactful presentation strategy to attract audients.
