Brinker’s overarching corporate strategy is to focus on innovating systems in order to simplify processes for Operators, so that they can drive growth by providing exceptional food and guest experiences. One risk factor we face that could lead to an increase in costs and a reduction in revenues, is possible shortages caused by potential interruptions in the supply-chain. Therefore, it’s essential for Brinker to focus on managing supply-chain risks, when possible, to avoid adversely affecting the availability, quality, and cost of items.
