PART B: Case Study
Choose one of the salons used for the comparison in Part A and use their treatment menu and product list to recommend a minimum one product and one service to the person outlined in the case study.

She has indicated she would like to set some time aside to relax and recover from her busy life however she only has 90 minutes free per fortnight. You have conducted a skin analysis and have noticed the skin on her body is very dry however she is showing signs of oiliness on her face.
1. What product would you sell to Patricia to help with the oiliness on her face? Outline the features and benefits that would appeal to Patricia.
2. How would you demonstrate this retail product to Patricia? Outline the steps you would take to prepare the treatment area, to find out any contraindications, what products or equipment required and finally, how you would use the product (show on her face, hand, on yourself or verbally explain).
